Texas State, Handmade Quilling Paper Art

Filled with Texas’s history, this handmade quilled artwork is perfect as a gift or framed. Featured are the state flag, the capital building, the Mockingbird, longhorn, pecan trees, cactus, and armadillo, all of which are indigenous to Texas. 

Product features a white rectangle with the state of Texas in the center. The Gulf of Mexico is printer on the lower right of the piece, and touches the coast of the state. The state and Gulf are outlined in quilling paper, and many symbols of Texas are printed across the landmass - an armadillo, a mockingbird, a longhorn steer, a pair of cowboy boots, blue bonnet flowers, a flowering cactus, an oil rig, pecan trees, the state flag, and the Capitol Building. A sailboat sits on the gulf, rendered entirely in quilling paper. Different symbols are accented with paper, giving the whole piece extra depth and detail. The name ‘TEXAS’ is situated above the upper right portion of the state in big block letters, and is outlined in light brown paper.
