How are your products made?

All of our products are meticulously handcrafted using natural and recycled materials, including recycled magazine paper, straw, cinnamon wood, and glass.

Who makes your products?

Our team consists of dedicated artisans who are often overlooked by conventional employment channels. We primarily work with individuals living with disabilities and older women. We currently collaborate with workshops in St.Kitts/Nevis, Indonesia, Vietnam, Kenya.

Do you have a store front?

We offer our products directly through our website and also participate in various holiday markets nationwide. To stay informed about our market locations and other updates, please sign up for our newsletter and follow us on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok.

I saw a product at a popup market but I do not see it on your website

As each of our products is handcrafted, our stock is limited. We encourage you to make your purchase when you see something you like to ensure you don’t miss out. Once an item is out of stock, it may not be available again for some time.

How do I care for my paper ornaments?

Your paper ornament is a delicate work of art. Handle it with care and keep it dry to ensure its longevity.

Do you offer customization?

Yes, we offer customization services. If you have a specific idea in mind, we’d love to bring it to life. Please note that custom orders require a minimum quantity of 100 greeting cards or ornaments.

What is your return policy ?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused item within 14 days for a refund

Do you ship internationally ?

We do offer shipping to selected international regions. Please note that promotions for free shipping apply only to domestic orders and do not cover international shipping costs. To confirm shipping availability and rates for your location, please contact us at customerservice@reecii.com before placing your order.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You may choose any shipping service that is most convenient for you.
