The lower branches of an evergreen tree trimmed with Christmas ornaments sits at the top of the card, while a Toy Soldier is engaged in a swordfight with the Rat King underneath. Both the Solider and Rat King are outlined in quilling paper; the Soldier’s jacket and pants are filled in with artistic quilling swirls, as are the Rat King’s ears and crown.
