Product features a bright blue sugar skull set on a white background. The skull is outlined with quilling paper and heavily decorated and detailed in traditional style. The chin has half of a small pink and yellow flower on its tip. The teeth are made of white swirled paper, and an upside-down heart shape outlines the nose. The eyes are outlined in bright orange and white paper, and each eye has a pink flower petal design around it. Three red berries made of red quilling paper sit in a vertical line along the forehead, with two small branches curving down the sides of forehead. The empty space between the skulls features is filled with flower and leaf patterns.
